No. Your shipping label arrives by overnight post — no printer needed.
You attach the label we send you, then request a pickup time in the app. A carrier collects the box from your address — no moving crew, no drop-off required.
Yes. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — it won't change after you confirm your storage request.
Yes, request a return anytime in the app and we'll ship it back to you.
Yes. You can extend your storage period at any time by paying for the additional storage time. Shipping is already covered in your original payment, so you'll only be charged for the extra storage — no additional shipping fee.
Yes. You can cancel storage for one or more items after submitting your order, as long as it's before the item is picked up for shipping. You'll receive a full refund for any cancelled item(s).
The Packable label is generated by the app to track your stored content. Each label has a scannable QR code that shows the item's contents, along with item tags and its storage location. The shipping label, by contrast, is issued by the shipping carrier and used specifically for transporting the item — a new shipping label is issued for every new shipment.
